Returns

Our customer-friendly return policy entitles you to return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, if it has been more than 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The item must be unused, in its original package, and in the same condition as it was delivered.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please keep in mind that, in some cases, only partial refunds are possible.

Our items must be returned within 30 days and in their original condition. (Damaged or missing parts due to our error are exempt)

Return Address:

As Wallestics team, we desire to guarantee that your return procedure is as smooth as possible; thus, it is critical to contact us before returning an item to the address below.

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed only for issues regarding the quality(broken or scratched) of the item or if the wrong item was delivered.

We do not process refunds if the variant or size ordered is wrong. However, in this case, we do offer solutions to upgrade the product, e.g., a bigger size (extra fees will be applicable).

Custom orders, Special orders, and Handmade products are NON-RETURNABLE and CAN NOT BE CANCELED once placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.

You will be issued a full refund ONLY for the following reasons:

  • Wallestics shipping errors.
  • Defective on Arrival.

    Once you receive the item you ordered, please check for any defective conditions and whether it reached you in its actual condition. If you realize any defects, we kindly ask you to contact Minerva support (support@wallestics.com) and provide us with the image material of the packaging boxes and the damaged item for proof. We are glad to be there to provide any assistance you may need.

    We urgently request you NOT inform us of any damages to the item after installing it on the wall. In this case, we will not be able to respond to your refund inquiry since the product is no longer in its original condition and cannot be resold.

    If your shipping arrived damaged, we ask you NOT to dispose of the package of the order. After sending us an image material for proof, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team for your return within 48 hours.

    In case of unforeseen incidents, if your order is lost or damaged during transfer, the production and shipment procedure will start from the beginning, i.e., our production team will need 3-5 days for printing and another 3-5 days for delivery. In other words, the process will function as if a new order has been placed. Eventually, after having approved the returned items, our customers will have the chance to cancel the replacement order within 24 hours. If the replacement shipping has been delivered to the carrier company, neither a refund can be processed, nor can the order be canceled.

    A 10% restocking fee will be deducted for arbitrary returns and exchanges.

      • Please also note: Due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings, product colors may vary from those shown on your monitor.

      • The product photos use window reflections on the corners to create a glass effect. These reflections are not present on real products.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven't received a refund yet: 

    • First, recheck your bank account.
    • Then, please contact your payment provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is received.

    Exchanges 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@wallestics.com

    Gifts

    Have you received an item as a gift that was purchased and shipped directly to your address? In this case, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift card for the same amount.

    If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you after that, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return details.

    Wrong Address

    Our fulfillment process is fully automated; therefore, you have 24 hours to make any address changes. 

    Please be aware that if you confirm your address and we still cannot deliver your order, your products will be discarded.

    In this case, we can offer you two options:

    • After confirming your address, you will be charged an additional 30% of the total amount to reship the order.
    • You will be refunded 70% of the total amount.

    Shipping

    To return your product, you should mail us, and we will provide our return address, if applicable.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you reside.

    While shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

    Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

    Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, or promotion. Store credits are also considered discounts, so you cannot use a discount code in addition to store credit.

    Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. Please check your spam folder as well and double check that the email you used to place your order is correct, if not, please reach out to us at support@wallestics.com with the correct/new email and we will send you a new confirmation email.

    Yes, we can assist with this if the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes as the order may already be printed, packaged, or shipped.

    No, we do not offer a framing service. Our glass products are designed to look their best without any frame, allowing their beauty and quality to stand out on their own.

    You can clean your glass wall art using "Windex."

    Yes, you can use our glass wall art outside. The UV printing method we use, along with tempered glass, ensures they are weatherproof and heat resistant.

    We provide hanging brackets with all product types. However, due to the variety of wall types, we do not supply screws and anchors.

    No, the product you receive will be as advertised on our website. If you wish to change the orientation, you must inform us before we ship your order. Otherwise, you will receive the product as advertised. You can inform us through our support email: support@wallestics.com

    We do not recommend any mounting method other than the one we provide. Our method is the most secure. If you use another method and the product is damaged, we do not take responsibility.

    We do not offer custom sizes for individual glass wall art orders. However, for orders of more than 10 large pieces, we can work with you on a project basis. For other products, we do offer custom sizes.

    Our glass wall art utilizes 4mm (0,16 Inch) tempered glass, also known as safety glass. These glasses are heat-resistant and weatherproof, making them suitable for various environments. We use the UV printing method, ensuring that the artwork is not affected by direct sunlight or rain.

    Yes, humidity is not an issue for our glass wall art, making it suitable for bathroom walls.

    Yes, you can hang our glass wall art above a radiator or in heated areas. The 4mm tempered glass is heat-resistant.

    Returns & Refunds

    Upon receiving your package, we will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your order. You will receive a full refund if the entire order is returned. For partial returns, you will be refunded for the value of the returned items.

    When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

    When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

    Yes, we can refund the difference if you forget to use your discount code.

    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the glass wall art will be in production and cannot be canceled.

    Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of cancellation, though we strive to process them as soon as possible.
